I am Cynthianna aka Cy, your friendly neighborhood mobile notary. My immediate surroundings are Oregon City, Milwaukie, Oak Grove, Clackamas, Gladstone and Happy Valley. However I travel all over the Pacific Northwest to meet your notarial needs.
I am commissioned in Oregon and Washington, and I come to you for your notary needs. Appointments are by appointment only, however, most of the time I can accommodate last minute requests. Simply sent me an email or text with the required time, and I will get back to you.
As of 2024 I am approved by the Secretary of State to provide the education training to become a commissioned notary in the state of Oregon. The Oregon Notary Training course is offered in group and individual sessions.
